By accessing or using ConvertKaki (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

ConvertKaki is a technical tool that, at your request, retrieves publicly accessible media streams from third-party platforms and delivers them to your device, optionally converting the format (for example to MP3) in transit. The Service acts solely as an intermediary that you direct: it does not host, store, index, or curate any media content, and no copies of converted files are retained on our servers.

You agree to use the Service only in ways that are lawful in your jurisdiction. In particular, you agree that you will:

• only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, or for which you hold a licence or the rights holder’s permission (for example Creative Commons–licensed works);
• use downloads for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you hold the necessary rights;
• not use the Service to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right;
• not access the Service with bots, scripts, or any form of bulk or automated requests;
• not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms of service, and you are responsible for complying with them.

All content you download belongs to its respective rights holders. The ConvertKaki name, logo, design, and software are the property of the Service operator and may not be copied or reused without permission.

ConvertKaki is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC.

The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular video, format, or quality will be available.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU CHOOSE TO DOWNLOAD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms, including any infringement of third-party rights caused by content you download.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
